Ingredients :
4 eggs
150g self-raising flour
50g dark cocoa powder
150g dark brown sugar
50g caster sugar
200g butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
( optional ) 50g melted dark chocolate .
Utensils:
1 spatula
2, 8" tins
2 circular shaped baking paper
1, electric mixer
method:
First mix together the butter and sugar until smooth.
After that whisk in the eggs one at a time adding vanilla inbetween.
When that is nice and smooth sift in the cocoa powder, salt and flour.
Finally mix in the melted chocolate and pour the mixture into 2 ,8" tins.
cook for 35 mins ,gas mark 4
If you would like to go ahead and make this even more decident than make and glaze over this delishous ganache.
in a large bowl pour in double cream and dark chocolate and heat in the microave until melted and thin and drip over the cake.

Decidant, rich chocolate cake.
