makes 12 cupcakes :
Ingredients:
100g caster sugar
50g light brown sugar
150g butter
3 eggs
1tsp vanilla
150g self-raising flour
2 tbsp biscoff butter
50g biscoff biscuit crumbs
method:
Firstly ,in a mixing bowl whisk together the butter and sugars.
When, that is all combined add in the eggs and vanilla and mix!
Next, sift in the flour and combine till smooth.
lastly, mix in the b.butter and the crumbs and pour the mixture into 12 cupcake case
and bake at gas mark 4 for 30-35 mins.
