Ices 12 cupcakes:
Ingredients:
250g butter
500g icing sugar
1 tsp milk
1tsp vanilla extract
food colouring (optional)
Method:
1. First, beat the butter with an electric mixer ,until pale and fluffy.
2. Add the icing sugar ,small parts at a time and mix together.
3. Next ,add in vanilla extract ,milk and food colouring (optional) and mix.
4. Finally, spoon into a piping bag and pipe onto the cooled vanilla cupcakes.
