1, Make sure the butter is soft (room temperature) before you start whisking.
2. Always make sure to beat the butter for around 5 minuites before adding icing sugar so that the butter is light and fluffy.
3. Make sure to whisk the icing sugar slowly to avoid it going everywhere.
4. Add icing sugar little potions at a time ,making sure you sift them ,this will get you to the perfect smooth buttercream.
5. Make sure to leave buttercream in a cool place to avoid melting.
